While our childhood experiences play a big part in shaping who we are today, I strongly believe that each of us has the capacity to bring about transformation in our life.
Whether you are dealing with long-standing difficulties that you feel limit your ability to live a fulfilling life or you are going through a difficult patch due to a specific experience or issue, I can help you by providing a safe space where you can voice what is going on for you.
I provide a warm, non-judgemental and inclusive space open to individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, sexual orientations and abilities.
I have experience in working with a wide variety of people, with different experiences and who seek therapy for many different reasons. I believe that one of key factors in good work is the relationship that client and therapist establish.
However, I also have a specific interest in working with people who struggle to feel real or authentic, who find it hard to make choices that feel meaningful to themselves and who might feel as spectators of their life rather than agents.
I have particular interest and expertise in working with people affected by dementia. This includes people living with a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive decline and the people who support them, whether they are family members, friends or carers.
I work in English, Italian and Spanish.
If you have any questions or would like to know more about how I work, it would be nice to hear from you. Please do get in touch.
